Hayley is a Minneapolis-based art therapist, therapist and creativity coach who blends her passion for art-making with her belief in the restorative power of the creative process to provide a safe place for clients to make meaningful life changes in the areas of self-acceptance, career, relationships and creative confidence. She also provides guidance in identifying core values as well as overcoming barriers to authentic living to help each individual uncover a deeper understanding and connection with their unique self and potential.

With a background in studio art and art therapy, Hayley is familiar with navigating the ebb and flow of the creative process.  She intuitively integrates art making and creative expression into her therapy and coaching sessions as an opportunity for clients to visually and experientially process and gain more profound insight and reflection into the needs and desires of their creative selves.

As a lifelong practicing visual artist with close to a decade of experience in the field of mental health, Hayley has had the privilege of creating and collaborating with a wide range of individuals to support creative expression and create positive growth and change. She also holds many years of experience working with neurodivergence, especially with children on the autism spectrum and their families.

Creative-Specific Support

(Individual + Group Support)

With a background in studio art and art therapy, I’m a firm believer in the restorative power of art. I’m also intimately familiar with navigating the ebb and flow of the creative process. I aim to create an environment in which you are free to engage in art making as a tool process, reflect, and gain insight.

Neurodivergent-Specific Support (other than giftedness)

One of my primary goals as a provider is to support you in exploring and tapping into your unique strengths and differences. I bring 9+ years experience working with neurodivergent populations.
