My approach to psychotherapy is about finding root cause for dis-ease and working to heal past wounds that may be interfering with living with peace, comfort and confidence in who you are. I am trained in a variety of approaches of trauma processing including integrative attachment trauma, Flash technique with Zentangle, traumatic grief and bereavment, Compassionate Inquiry, somatic healing and nervous system regulation, therapeutic arts and play, addictions, and CBT and DBT (used sparingly). I work from a place of balance that acknowledges individuality as well as relational community, encourages depth and growth of the personality and spirit, while taking into consideration culture and context to each individuals life circumstances in the reality of the world we currently live in.

In a Therapeutic Coaching capacity I work from a trauma informend, wholistic coaching approach that uses the above foundation of knowledge as well as my own personal experiences to help you discover who you are, who you want to be, and how you want to feel as you move through life.
