I believe that therapy and coaching are only beneficial when we feel challenged and safe to explore, make mistakes, and show our true selves. I’m a licensed psychologist who’s gifted, a highly sensitive person (HSP), and a creative (with a fair amount of attention issues).

I created my Singularly Sensitive approach help to women (including therapists and coaches) who identify as gifted/talented, creatives, HSPs, and ADHDers find ways creative, holistic, mindful ways to thrive. I look forward to walking with you as you create a life of meaning, purpose, and contentment.

I am also the author of Wander and Delve: A Journal for Bright, Creative, Highly Sensitive People Forging Their Way (2023).
