Kalin Johnson is a healthcare provider, patient advocate, and entrepreneur. She shows high-achieving, neurodivergent, & hypermobile individuals how to “unmask their health,” and feel their best through concierge whole person care. With her doctor of pharmacy education, functional medicine wellness coach training, healthcare advocacy, and neurodivergent mentorship, she bridges the gap between mental and physical health through her professional and personal experience.
Kalin brings a unique and enthusiastic perspective to her private practice. A perspective gained from living life as a queer, ADHD, and autistic individual with PTSD and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She cares, coaches, and mentors with passion and an insatiable appetite to help other neurodivergent and hypermobile individuals navigate a world that wasn’t built with them in mind.
In her free time, you will find her spending time with her wife Marnie, daughter Indie, and dog Yoshi, at home in Nebraska or traveling around the world every chance she gets.
Superwell Specialties.
Gifted-Specific Support
As a gifted kiddo turned burnt-out neurodivergent adult, I work with neurodivergent individuals who are "unexplainably unwell." My background in healthcare provides me the unique ability to not silo the impact that being a gifted neurodivergent individual has, not only on your ability to live a life that is fit for you, but the impact it has on your overall health including inflammation, dysautonomia, auto-immune conditions, MCAS, POTS, chronic fatigue, brain fog, and connective tissue disorders like hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
I help high-achieving & gifted neurodivergent individuals with gifted integration, understanding the unique pathophysiology of their gifted mind, discovering the unique bio-divergence qualities of their body to obtain physical health, and chronic disease state management.
Creativity-Specific Support
What would the world be like if we had more healthy creative and gifted neurodivergent people in it? I think it would be pretty incredible. This is why I help creative individuals: Leverage your creativity, create targeted strategies to work with your creativity (biohacking), build sustainable creative practices, navigate imposter syndrome, deepen self-understanding, chronic disease state management, and navigate advocacy needs in the workplace, home, and healthcare setting.
Neurodivergent-Specific Support
I help high-achieving, fiercely intelligent, and self-aware neurodivergent individuals solve a puzzling health challenge and get the healthcare answers they deserve. We can't silo neurodivergent care. Here, you will be seen as full picture, with a clear understanding of how your neuro and bio-divergence impact your health. I act as a personal guide on this journey to feeling your best and advocate for solutions to your health problems.
I have training and experience in the areas of Neurodivergent Healthcare and Wellness, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome & Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, Long-COVID, Functional Medicine, Healthcare Advocacy, Sensory Processing Disorders, Demand Avoidance, Rejection Sensitivity, ADHD, Autism, PTSD, & LGBTQIA+ healthcare needs.
I help my patients by exploring daily management rhythms that offer sustainable flexibility and allow you to care and advocate for your “non-traditional” needs in the world consistently as well as consciously create an environment that supports your values and biology.

How do your clients describe you?
Passionate, perceptive, insightful, compassionate, curious, and a fierce advocate. In the words of a current client, "She sees you as a whole person, not individual parts. Kalin is able to see below the surface, to read between the lines of you, and perceive underlying patters. In our conversations, she has the ability find the unspoken truth that lives in my words, my body, and my experience. She's able to see value in things often dismissed by other healthcare professionals. She can this because of her profound ability to grasp complex situations, offer thoughtful ideas, and by possessing a deep understanding and curiosity for the body and mind.
Most importantly, she leads with empathy. This makes her coaching feel less like "just advice" and more like guidance from a thought partner to help you understand your body and mind with more clarity. She helps you make sense of the world and how your body and mind fit in it. She explains the science behind why your body and mind respond the way that they do. Shame disappears when you understand that this is the pathophysiology of my wiring. She literally feels like some wise tree in the forest I run to when i need help or feel off. I know this is a place I won't be judged for any of it. It's the comfortable environment she creates that makes it so easy to be open to the discussion, to change, and to ask the questions that you notoriously have felt misunderstood in asking."
What are your creative outlets?
Planning themed parties, gift giving (pebbling), people watching (yes, it's a creative outlet :), and movement (dance, roller skating, weight lifting, etc.).
What is one of your quirks and/or special talents?
I like to describe myself as a sequined soul. I'm a 5'11" ex competitive dancer, volleyball player, and collegiate rower who wears as much glitter and neon colors as I can get my giant hands on. I was never going to blend in with this physical body or mind, so why try? I've been a lifelong fan of Broadway musicals and I'm a proud Disney adult. I could eat curry or nachos for every meal (and often do). Most days you'll be likely to find me snuggling in a pillow and blanket fort with my wife, puppy, and daughter watching RuPaul's Drag Race or The Great British Baking Show, weightlifting, enjoying a dance party in our disco-lit home gym, or researching new Tiki bars to checkout.
