Superwell Specialties.
I offer specialized support for gifted, creative, and/or neurodivergent clients in the areas of executive functioning, burnout recovery, and late diagnosis coaching. My work focuses on helping clients navigate overwhelm, develop sustainable routines, and integrate new self-understanding after discovering neurodivergence later in life.

How do your clients describe you?
Caring and solution-oriented
What is your favorite book (or 4)?
Scattered Minds (Mate), Annihilation (Vandermeer), American Psycho, Jurassic Park

Making canvas and painting in acrylics
What is one of your quirks and/or special talents?
I learned how to frame, drywall, and make my own kitchen cabinets by watching Youtube and occasionally referencing a home improvement textbook. It all came out great, eventually, except for one annoying drawer that opens weird... but no... as much as I want to remake it, it's fine. It's fine!
What would you do with $10M?
Mostly... I would live the same. I would pay all my friends debts. I would find entertaining ways to give most of it away.
