Many of the clients that I serve are individuals with ADHD and I also have ADHD. With a background in art and psychology, I have developed a unique coaching approach that combines my expertise in both fields to help artists with ADHD achieve their creative goals. With my guidance, and the guidance of their own intuition, artists with ADHD can learn to manage their symptoms, stay focused, and develop effective strategies for creating and completing their artistic projects.
