Hi there! The last few years have been quite something, huh?

I imagine you are looking for a therapist as you want to feel better and find some relief in your day to day life. Step by step, we can do some healing, create some clarity, build a better foundation, and refresh your approach to living life. I integrate art, movement, & creativity into therapy and mold an approach that best fits each client I see.

I am a creative, modern, and queer therapist in her late 30s who is a half-time therapist, half-time creative, and full-time human. I am compassionate, relatable, and have been told my greatest quality as a therapist is my non-judgemental stance.

Superwell Specialties.

Gifted-Specific Support

I have experience working with gifted teens and adults and I modify therapy sessions to best fit each gifted client's communication and processing style.

Creative-Specific Support

For creative clients, I integrate creativity into therapy sessions through the use of art, movement, music, writing, etc.

Neurodivergent-Specific Support (other than giftedness)
