Superwell Specialties.
Gifted-Specific Support
I offer coaching, group experiences, and creative embodiment practices designed for gifted adults—especially those who are highly sensitive, intense, or complex thinkers. I support clients in connecting to their bodies, breath, creativity, and intuition to move from overwhelm and analysis paralysis into grounded self-expression and empowered service.
I am engaged in an ongoing study of giftedness through mentorship, self-directed education, and lived experience. My background in the creative arts and training in embodied voicework—both formal and self-led—inform my work deeply. Guided by intuitive and expressive arts mentorship, I am currently developing content and courses for gifted adults that center somatic and intuitive approaches to growth and self-understanding.
Creative-Specific Support
I help creative clients rediscover their voice—literally and metaphorically—through embodied voicework, nature connection, and intuitive practices. Many of my clients are multipotentialites who struggle with focus, visibility, or burnout. My work supports their creative process by weaving structure with play, somatics with imagination, and empowerment with deep listening.
I bring a unique blend of training in embodied voicework—currently in development and self-led—alongside an academic background and lived experience in the creative arts. My practice is deeply enriched by mentorship in intuitive and expressive arts, allowing me to hold space for creative exploration that is both grounded and expansive.
Neurodivergent-Specific Support
As a neurodivergent coach myself (gifted, ADHD, autistic), I support clients in finding personalized, compassionate ways to structure their lives that honor their natural rhythms and depth. I offer coaching and guidance that moves away from traditional productivity models and supports sensory needs, nonlinear processing, and authentic self-expression.
My approach is rooted in lived experience, supported by ongoing peer education and trauma-informed practices. I’m currently developing offerings specifically for neurodivergent women and creative thinkers, with a focus on creating spaces that honor complexity, intuition, and authentic expression.
Fun Stuff.
What is your favorite book (or 4)?
Braiding Sweetgrass – Robin Wall Kimmerer
Deerskin - Robin McKinley
What are your creative outlets?
Photography, writing, singing, herbalism, and walking my dogs!
What is one of your quirks and/or special talents?
I speak fluent metaphor, feel everything all the time, and somehow help people untangle their inner chaos—powered by a brain in overdrive, a heart that runs deep, long walks with my dogs and coffee!
What would you do with $10M?
I’d buy a piece of land. I’ve dreamed of creating a food forest and building a nature retreat—a creative sanctuary especially for neurodivergent women to rest, reconnect, and feel fully themselves. I’d give myself more space to write and finally publish my book. I’d love to support the brilliant creators whose work has meant so much to me, becoming a patron for the world I want to see. And I’d invest in my own learning so I could keep deepening the work I love.
